After a past bad experience with laser hair removal at another facility, so I was extremely nervous about trying again. From the moment I walked into Elite Laser, I knew this experience would be different. The office is incredibly clean, professional, and welcoming. Sophia was amazing throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and explained everything clearly. The treatments were surprisingly quick, easy, and it didn't hurt at all. Patrick also provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience from start to finish. After my previous bad experience elsewhere, I can honestly say Elite Laser exceeded all of my expectations. If you're considering laser hair removal and want a clean, professional facility with knowledgeable staff who truly care about their clients, I highly recommend Elite Laser. I'm so glad I made the switch!

Today was my first time at elite. My sister has been coming here for a while, I just moved back to the island. I had an amazing experience I was brand new to all this. They made me feel comfortable and talked to me about everything. I will being coming back. Awesome people and top of the line services and care!

Can't get enough of this place, I usually get some Botox and PDO threads, and my daughter gets her facials. Sharon, Pat and staff are always so welcoming and I always leave very satisfied with all that we get done there at ELITE LASER. I highly recommend to all that's looking for a little enhancement done.

I've been coming to Elite regularly for over a year. It's always clean. They decorate seasonally. Prices are on-par with other local establishments (with great long-term price plans available), but the highlight for me is the people. When I call or go in it feels like being a part of a close-knit community or family, we have inside jokes and laugh a lot. I go in for botox + laser hair removal in multiple spots. It was initially recommended to me by my sister!
