At Elite Laser Center & Med Spa, we want treatment planning to be as simple and flexible as possible. We offer three convenient ways to spread out the cost of qualifying services: Cherry Payment Plans, CareCredit® financing, and our own Elite In-House Payment Plan.
Cherry is our primary financing partner. CareCredit offers an additional third-party option for eligible clients. Our staff is also available to walk you through all options during your consultation.

Elite In-House Payment Plan
Simple 12-Payment Plans Directly Through Elite
In addition to Cherry, Elite Laser Center offers an in-house payment plan for all Elite Laser Hair Removal Packages and select skincare packages.
There is no outside financing company involved. Your total eligible package price is simply divided into 12 equal payments.
How It Works
Payment Formula
Total Package Price ÷ 12 = Your Payment Amount
On the day of your first treatment, the first two payments are due. A valid credit card is securely kept on file, and the remaining 10 equal payments are automatically charged on the first day of each month.
Example: $2,400 Package
- $2,400 ÷ 12 = $200 per payment
- $400 is due on the day of your first treatment (first two payments)
- The remaining 10 payments are $200 each
- Each remaining payment is charged on the first day of the month
What Packages Qualify?
The Elite In-House Payment Plan is available for:
- All Elite Laser Hair Removal Packages
- Select skincare packages
Eligibility and package terms will be reviewed with you during your consultation.
If a Payment Is Declined
Elite Laser Center will contact you to obtain another form of payment or updated payment information.
If the outstanding payment is not made, future treatments will be paused until the account is brought current. Once back on track, treatments may resume.
Pregnancy, Medical Conditions & Major Life Events
In the event of pregnancy, a medical condition, or another significant life-altering event, Elite Laser Center may approve a temporary pause of both treatments and scheduled payments.
For Elite Laser Hair Removal Packages, an approved pause also pauses the package's three-year eligibility period. The remaining package time will not continue to run while treatments are paused.
When you are able to resume treatment, the payment schedule, treatment schedule, and remaining three-year package period will all resume.
If You Choose to Cancel
Treatments already received are recalculated using the regular single-treatment price documented at the time of purchase:
Single-Treatment Price × Treatments Received = Value of Services Used
- If you paid more than the value of treatments received, the difference is refunded.
- If the value of treatments received exceeds what you paid, you pay the difference to terminate.
- A later price increase will not affect your cancellation calculation.
Example: Regular single-treatment price $300 × 4 treatments received = $1,200 value of services used.
Important
The payment schedule and treatment schedule are separate. The number or timing of treatments received does not automatically change the agreed payment schedule unless Elite Laser Center approves a temporary pause for pregnancy, a medical condition, or another significant life event.
