BEFORE Tanning Recommendations:
We recommend that you do not tan after 8 pm because the tan can stain your hands while sleeping.
- Exfoliate with a washcloth or one of our recommended skin products (not mandatory but it will help)
- DO NOT USE any body lotion, body cream, makeup, perfume, or any underarm deodorant, powder or lotions the day you tan
- Wear dark, loose fitting clothing. (NO tight-fitting clothing, socks or tight-fitting shoes) Cotton clothing is optimal.
- Please bring a bathing suit, underwear or other suitable tanning attire.
AFTER Tanning Recommendations
Once your tan is applied, you must allow it to dry completely. Your technician will ensure that your application is dry.
- Any minor bronzer rub-off will easily wash out of most fabrics.
- DO NOT wet your skin for at least 8 hours after the tanning session. Do not shower or bath for at least 8 hours. Your tan will last longer!
- We recommend that you do not exercise or perspire excessively until the day after your tanning session.
- Avoid touching or rubbing any tanned areas excessively.
- When you do take your first shower or bath, DO NOT scrub your body with a rough wash cloth. Use hand and soap only.
- When showering or bathing, do not be concerned if some of the initial bronzer washes off - this is normal.
- DO NOT exfoliate the skin for 7 days after tanning.
- Using a moisturizer is recommended to extend the results.
- our tan will naturally fade over a period of days. Your tan should last approximately 7 to 10 days.
