Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment we require that you call 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another client the possibility to have access to an appointment. If you do not cancel or do not show up for your appointment, one of your treatments will be deducted from your package.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

To cancel appointments, please call 631-675-2500. If you do not reach the receptionist you may leave a detailed message with our answering service. You may not cancel via email.

Late Cancellations

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be considered as a "no show."

Late For Your Appointment

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may or may not be seen due to the time of the next apointmennt.

Pay-As-You-Go Clients

If you do not have a 3-year contract and miss your appointment without cancelling 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $20 fee which must be paid at the time of your next visit.
