Sharon McDonough graduated from Farmingdale University with an Associate’s Degree as a Registered Nurse. After accepting a position at Good Samaritan Hospital Sharon became more and more interested in cosmetic surgery & the procedures performed. Sharon has worked with some of the most recognized plastic surgeons in the country. She is certified in Intense Pulse Light, Facial Rejuvenation, Laser Hair Removal, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels (including the Blue Peel), Botox, Radiesse and all other injectables. For the past several years, Sharon has served as the in-house trainer for Gentle Touch Laser and has certified and trained all of the Estheticians who work for the company. Sharon has managed and/or opened 11 laser hair removal offices. Sharon currently owns and operates one of the most prestigious Laser Hair Removal offices in New York – Elite Laser Hair.

Jennifer Alfaro is Elite's full time receptionist/secretary. She has worked in this industry for over 10 years in salons and spas, and has been with us at Elite Laser Hair & Skin Care Center for the past 4 years. Jennifer has a vast amount of knowledge in all aspects of the beauty industry. She is knowledgeable, organized, accommodating and efficient and she will help you with scheduling and any problems or questions about any of our services. Rose Gannotta - Although Rose has had several diverse careers over her working years including banking, accounting and appraising residential properties, she has always had an interest in the world of beauty, and in working face to face with people. Because of these interests, she became a licensed esthetician. Since passing the State Boards, she has excelled in many areas and has extensive training in specialty facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, HydraFacials, laser hair removal, laser smoking cessation, body treatments and airbrush tanning.
